There are 2 options:

Option 1: If you do not want to reuse a swallowed card, you can bring your ID card / passport to Kienlongbank's branch / transaction office to request a new card.

Option 2: If you wish to get it back:

  • Please bring your ID / Passport to any Kienlongbank branch / transaction office to get cardholder identification confirmation to further work with the ATM host bank (follow contact information at ATM) to receive your card.

Customers who register for card issuance at Kienlongbank Saigon Branch but the customer's card is lost in Hanoi, can you go to Kienlongbank Branch/Transaction Office in Hanoi to re-issue the card?

  • In case customers lose their card, they can go to any Kienlongbank branch / transaction office to request a re-issuance of the card.
  • In addition, customers can still bring ID card to any Kienlongbank branch / transaction office to withdraw cash from their account.
