Mr. TRAN NGOC MINH - Chairman of the Board
- Master of Economics, Banking Academy of Vietnam.
- Mr. Tran Ngoc Minh has nearly 20 years of experience working with banks and large corporations in Vietnam, having held various senior management and executive positions, including Deputy Branch Director, Head of Credit Appraisal at Head Office, Director of Treasury, Head of Finance Division, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance.
- He joined Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer from January 2021 to October 2021. He subsequently served as Acting Chief Executive Officer from October 2021 to December 2021, before being officially appointed Chief Executive Officer on December 9, 2021.
- He concurrently held the position of Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from December 28, 2021 to April 2023. From April 27, 2023 to July 8, 2024, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank.
- He has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank since July 9, 2024.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh - Vice Chairwoman of the Board
- Master of Business Administration, Delaware State University; Bachelor of Economics, National Economics University; Bachelor of Foreign Languages, University of Languages.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh has many years of experience in the financial sector. She previously held the position of Head of Finance at Geleximco Group, served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Hanoi General Investment Joint Stock Company, and as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of An Binh Securities Investment Fund Management Company.
- She has also held various senior executive and management positions, including Member of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at major real estate corporations and groups in Vietnam.
- She served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) from December 28, 2021 to April 27, 2023.
- She was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank for the 2023–2027 term effective April 26, 2024.
- She has been serving as Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank since July 9, 2024.
Mr. LE KHAC GIA BAO - Member of the Board
- Master of Business Administration, Southern California University for Professional Studies (SCUPS); Bachelor of Economics, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. Certified Public Auditor licensed by the Ministry of Finance.
- Mr. Le Khac Gia Bao has many years of experience in the finance and banking sector, having held various senior professional and management positions. He previously served as an Auditor at Deloitte Vietnam and later as Head of Audit and Compliance Control – Southern Region at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank).
- He joined Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) in March 2013. During his tenure, he has held several key positions, including Head of the Supervisory Board, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Member of the Board of Directors. He subsequently served as Head of the Supervisory Board of KienlongBank from January 2022 to April 2023.
- He was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank for the 2023–2027 term, effective April 27, 2023.
Ms. NGUYEN THI THANH HUONG - Member of the Board
- Master’s degree in Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking, Université Paris Dauphine - France.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong has over 27 years of experience in the finance and banking sector, having held numerous senior management positions at leading financial institutions in Vietnam. Her previous roles include Acting Chief Executive Officer at Bao Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAOVIETBank), Regional Director at Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB), and Branch Director at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank), among others.
- She joined Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) in 2021 and served as Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors. She was subsequently appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from January 5, 2023 to September 22, 2023.
- She was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank, effective April 27, 2023.
Mr. BUI THANH HAI - Member of the Board
- Bachelor of Laws, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. Certified Valuer licensed by the Ministry of Finance.
- Mr. Bui Thanh Hai has held various senior executive and board-level positions, including Director and Member of the Board of Directors, at several domestic enterprises in Vietnam.
- He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) from April 2013 to April 2019. From February 2018 to May 2023, he concurrently held the position of Chairman of the Members’ Council of KienlongBank Asset Management and Debt Recovery One Member Limited Liability Company.
- He was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank, effective April 27, 2023.
Mr. NGUYEN CAO CUONG - Member of the Board
- Bachelor of Economics, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
- Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong previously served as Director of Southern Region Inspection at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TechcomBank).
- Since August 2015, he has been with Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank), holding the position of Head of Internal Audit. He was appointed Head of the Supervisory Board effective April 26, 2018, and has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board since January 1, 2022.
- He was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank, effective April 27, 2023.
Ms. NGUYEN THUY NGUYEN - Independent Member of the Board
- Bachelor of Economics, National Economics University.
- Ms. Nguyen Thuy Nguyen has extensive experience in the finance and banking sector. She has held key positions at Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) and Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB).
- She has also served in several senior executive roles, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance and Accounting and Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Chief Financial Officer, at large corporations and economic organizations.
- She was elected as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank, effective April 27, 2023.
Mr. Kim Minh Tuan - Independent Member of the Board
- Master’s Degree in Financial Economics and Banking, Academy of Finance; Bachelor’s Degree in English, University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Credit, Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting.
- Mr. Kim Minh Tuan has nearly 20 years of professional experience and has held numerous senior management positions at major organizations and banks in Vietnam, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Head of Human Resources Management Division, and Deputy Director of the Finance Division cum Head of Statistics and Asset–Liability Management.
- He was elected as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank, effective October 26, 2024.
Mr. Nguyen Chi Hieu - Independent Member of the Board
- Master’s Degree in Finance and Management, University of Exeter, United Kingdom; Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Banking Academy of Vietnam.
- Mr. Nguyen Chi Hieu has more than 15 years of professional experience at international auditing firms, credit institutions, and leading banks in Vietnam, including Vietcombank, VietCredit, and Timo. He has held a number of senior management positions, such as Deputy Director in charge of Finance, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Digital Banking, and Director of Strategic Partnerships.
- He was elected as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of KienlongBank, effective October 26, 2024.

Ms. DO THI TUYET TRINH - Head of the Supervisory Board
- Bachelor of Economics, National Economics University; Certified Professional Internal Auditor (CPIA).
- Ms. Do Thi Tuyet Trinh has more than 20 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector and has held various senior positions at major financial institutions, including Deputy Head of the Planning and Business Management Department at LienVietPostBank (LPBank), Head of Internal Audit Department at Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank), Head of Internal Control and Compliance Department at Global Petro Commercial One Member Limited Bank (GPBank), and Head of Internal Audit Department at DOJI Gold & Gems Group.
- She joined Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) and served as a Member of the Supervisory Board from December 2021 to April 2023.
- She was elected Head of the Supervisory Board of KienlongBank for the 2023–2027 term, effective April 27, 2023.
Mr. DANG MINH QUAN - Member of the Supervisory Board
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Can Tho University; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Auditing, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Hue University; Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language Education, Hue University.
- Mr. Dang Minh Quan has 20 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector. During the period from 2003 to 2014, he held various key positions at the Ca Mau Department of Finance, including Level I Financial Inspector, Financial and Accounting Examiner, and Deputy Head of the Budget Department.
- He has been with Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) since April 2014 and has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board.
- He was elected as a Member of the Supervisory Board of KienlongBank for the 2023–2027 term, effective April 27, 2023.
Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong - Member of the Supervisory Board
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Academy of Finance.
- Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong has extensive experience in the finance and banking sector. She previously worked at Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank), Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank), and Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank).
- She joined Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) in March 2022 and currently holds the position of Deputy Head of the Internal Control Department.
- She was elected as a Member of the Supervisory Board of KienlongBank for the 2023–2027 term, effective April 26, 2024.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Phuong - Member of the Supervisory Board

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Phuong has more than 20 years of professional experience and has held numerous senior positions at major corporations and banks in Vietnam, including Head of Off-site Supervision, Internal Audit Division at Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank); Head of the Supervisory Board at LICOGI Corporation - Joint Stock Company; and Head of Internal Audit at G Group.
- She was elected as a Member of the Supervisory Board of KienlongBank for the 2023–2027 term, effective October 26, 2024.
Mr. Dao Ngoc Hai - Member of the Supervisory Board
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, University of Commerce.
- With more than 17 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector, Mr. Dao Ngoc Hai has held various positions at Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank), including Treasury Officer, Head of Interbank Operations and Payments Support Unit, Head of Interbank Foreign Exchange Trading Unit, and Senior Internal Auditor.
- He joined Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) in October 2022 and was appointed Deputy Head of Internal Audit in September 2023.
- He was elected as a Member of the Supervisory Board of KienlongBank for the 2023-2027 term, effective October 26, 2024.

- Mr. Tran Hong Minh has nearly 18 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector, having held various key positions at major banks in Vietnam, including LienVietPostBank (LPBank) and Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank).
- Prior to his appointment as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank), he served as Director of the Northern Strategic Clients Center from March 2021 to November 2022.
- He held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from November 26, 2022 to July 8, 2024.
- He assumed the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from July 9, 2024 to November 30, 2025, and was officially appointed Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank, effective December 1, 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang An - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking.
- Mr. Nguyen Hoang An has previously held various key positions at Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank), including Director of a Transaction Office, Branch Director, Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer concurrently serving as Branch Director.
- He has been serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank since October 2016.
Mr. TRAN VAN THAI BINH - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
- Mr. Tran Van Thai Binh has 25 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector, having held various key positions at Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank), including Director of the Corporate Banking Department since April 2015, Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer since April 2019, and Regional Director of Region 4 and Region 8 concurrently serving as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer since June 2020.
- Since May 2022, he has officially served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank.
Mr. NGUYEN VAN MINH - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, University of Science - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Mr. Nguyen Van Minh has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the information technology sector, having played a key role in the design, development, and implementation of core technology systems for government agencies as well as domestic and international enterprises. His most recent position prior to joining the Bank was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SSF Investment Company Limited.
- He served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Director of the Information Technology Center of Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) from January 7, 2021 to May 30, 2021.
- He has been serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank since May 31, 2021.
Ms. VU DANG XUAN VINH - Chief Accountant
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance and Banking, Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking.
- Ms. Vu Dang Xuan Vinh has nearly 18 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector. She has held various key positions, including Deputy Director of Financial Accounting, Director of the Management Information Systems (MIS) Department, and Deputy Director of the Administration and Branding Division at Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB).
- She has been serving as Director of Financial Accounting at Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) since October 2020.
- She was officially appointed Chief Accountant of KienlongBank, effective November 1, 2023.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam - Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van has more than 20 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector. She has previously worked at the People’s Army Newspaper and the Ministry of Finance, and has held various key positions at banks, securities companies, and large corporations, including Member of the Preparatory Committee for Bank Establishment, Department Head, Deputy Branch Director, and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
- She joined Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank) in December 2021 and has served as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer since then.
- She was officially appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank, effective January 3, 2025.
