Qualification:
Master of Banking and Finance – National Economics University.
Experiences:
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang has many years of experience in the banking industry. From 2011-2018, she experienced several upper management positions in Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank (LPBank) and Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB).
She also held the position of Chairwoman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of big corporations. She held the position of Chairwoman of the KienlongBank Board period 2018-2022 from 26 May 2021. She was re-elected as Chairwoman of the KienlongBank Board period 2023-2027 from 27 April 2023.
Mr. TRAN NGOC MINH - Deputy Chairman of the Board cum Chief Executive Officer
Qualification:
Master of Economics - Banking Academy.
Experiences:
Mr. Tran Ngoc Minh has more than 15 years of experience in big banks and corporations in Vietnam. He also held many important positions as Deputy Branch Sales Manager; Head of the Headquarters Appraisal Department; Director of Capital Department; Head of Finance Department; Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance.
He has joined and held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank since January 2021 to October 2021. He held Acting Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from October 2021 to December 2021. He took the position of Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from 09 December 2021 and member of the KienlongBank Board from 28 December 2021 to April 2023.
Now he is Deputy Chairman of the Board period 2023–2027 cum Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from 27 April 2023.
Mr. LE KHAC GIA BAO - Member of the Board
Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration Southern at California University for Professional Studies; Bachelor of Economics, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Certificate of Auditor of the Ministry of Finance.
Experiences:
He has worked in the field of Finance - Banking for many years and has held numerous important positions. He used to hold the position of Head of the Auditing - Compliance Control Department in the South of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank); Auditor at Deloitte Vietnam.
He joined KienlongBank from March 2013. He held the position of Head of KienlongBank Supervisory Board (April 2018 to April 2021); Chairman of the KienlongBank Board (April 2018 to April 2021); member of the KienlongBank Board. He held the position of Head of KienlongBank Supervisory Board from January 2022.
From 27 April 2023, he was elected as member of the KienlongBank Board, period 2023-2027.
Ms. NGUYEN THI THANH HUONG - Member of the Board
Qualification:
Master of Economics majoring in Finance - Banking – Paris Dauphine University in France.
Experiences:
She has more than 27 years of experience in the field of Finance - Banking. She held numerous significant positions at major banks: Acting Chief Executive Officer at Bao Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BaovietBank); Regional Director at International Bank (VIB); Branch Director at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank), etc.
She joined KienlongBank and held the position of Advisor to the Chairwoman of the Board from 2021. She officially assumed the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from 05 January 2023 to 23 September 2023. She was elected member of the KienlongBank Board, period 2023-2027 from 27 April 2023.
Mr. BUI THANH HAI - Member of the Board
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Law - City Law University. Ho Chi Minh. Price appraiser card of the Ministry of Finance.
Experiences:
He held the position of Director, and member of the Board in domestic corporations. From April 2013 to April 2019, he was a member of the KienlongBank Board. From February 2018, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of KienlongBank Asset Management Company.
He has held the position of member of the Board of KienlongBank since 28 December 2018 to April 2023. He was elected as a member of the KienlongBank Board period 2023-2027 from 27 April 2023.
Mr. NGUYEN CAO CUONG - Member of the Board
Qualification:
Bachelor of Economics - University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
Experiences:
He used to hold the position of Southern Inspection Director of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank).
Since August 2015, he has held the position of Chief Internal Auditor of KienlongBank. He held the position of Head of the Supervisory Board of KienlongBank from 26 April 2018 and member of the Supervisory Board from 01 January 2022. He was elected as a member the Board of KienlongBank period 2023-2027 from 27 April 2023.
Ms. NGUYEN THUY NGUYEN - Member of the Board
Qualification:
Bachelor of Economics - National Economics University.
Experiences:
She has many years of experience in the field of Finance – Banking. From June 2016 – May 2014, she held numerous significant positions at major banks: Vietnam Properity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank), Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SHB).
She held many numerous significant positions as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance and Accounting; Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Chief Financial Officer in big coporations. She was elected as a member of the KienlongBank Board period 2023-2027 from 27 April 2023.

Ms. DO THI TUYET TRINH - Head of the Supervisory Board
Qualification:
Bachelor of Economics at National Economics University.
Experiences:
She has more than 20 years of working in the sector of Finance - Banking and has held many important positions in big banks. From December 2008 to April 2015, she held the position of Deputy Head of the Planning and Business Management Department of Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank (LPBank). From June 2015 to July 2019, she held the position of Head of Internal Audit Department of Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank VPBank). From July 2019 to April 2021, she held the position of Head of the Internal Control Department of Global Petroleum Commercial Joint Stock Bank (GPBank). From April 2021 to October 2021, she work as the Head of Internal Audit Department of Doji Gold & Gems Group Joint Stock Company.
She has held the position of member of the KienlongBank's Supervisory Board from December 2021 to April 2023. She was elected as Head of Supervisory Board of KienlongBank period 2023-2027 from 27 April 2023.
Mr. DANG MINH QUAN - Member of the Supervisory Board
Qualifications:
Master of Economics at Can Tho University; Bachelor of Accounting and Auditing at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Bachelor of Laws at Hue University.
Experiences:
Mr. Dang Minh Quan has 20 years of experience in the field of Finance - Banking. In which, in the period from 2003-2014, he held important positions at Ca Mau Department of Finance such as Level 1 Inspector, Finance - Accounting Assessor; Deputy Head of the Budget Department.
He joined KienlongBank from April 2014 until now and held the position of member of the Supervisory Board. He was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board for the term of 2023-2027 from 27 April 2023.
Mr. VU PHAM THAI HA - Member of the Supervisory Board
Qualification:
Master of Finance - University of Portsmouth, UK.
Experiences:
Mr. Vu Pham Thai Ha has many years of experience in the field of Finance - Banking. He used to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Executive Board; Deputy Head of Investment Department at National Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) from June 2015 to January 2021.
He joined KienlongBank and held the position of Assistant Chairman from February 2021 to April 2023. He was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board for the term of 2023-2027 from 27 April 2023.

Mr. Le Trung Viet - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Qualification:

Experiences:
He was a member of the Board cum Chief Executive Officer of Ban Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank. In December 2012, he held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank.
In December 2013, he held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank cum Director of the Investment Department.
From 26 April 2018 to January 2021, he held the position of member of the Board cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank. He has held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from 28 January 2021 to the present.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang An - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor of Banking at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.
Experiences:
He used to hold as Director of Transaction Department; Branch Director, Assistant to the Chairman of the Board, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank cum Branch Director. He has held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from October 2016 to the present.
Mr. TRAN VAN THAI BINH - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor of Economics - University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
Experiences:
He has 22 years of experience in the field of Banking and Finance and has held a number of important positions such as Director of the Corporate Banking Division of KienlongBank (from April 2015); Assistant Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank (from April 2019); Director of Area 4 and Area 8 cum Assistant Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank (from June 2020).
Since May 2022, he has officially assumed the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Director of Area 5 of KienlongBank.
Mr. NGUYEN VAN MINH - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunications, University of Science - Vietnam National University Hanoi.
Experiences:
He has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology and has designed and developed numerous software projects for organizations, government agencies and domestic and international enterprises. His most recent position is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SSF Investment Co., Ltd.
He assumed the position of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of Information Technology Center of KienlongBank from 07 January 2021 to 30 May 2021. He assumed the position of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from 31 May 2021 to present.
Mr. TRAN HONG MINH - Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor of Investment Economics - National Economics University.
Experiences:
He has nearly 15 years of experience in the field of Finance and Banking, has held many important positions at big banks such as Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank (LPBank); Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank), etc. Before being appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank, he held the position of Director of the Northern Strategic Customer Center from March 2021 to November 2022. He has held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from 26 November 2022 to the present.
Mr. DO VAN BAC - Deputy CEO
Bachelor of Banking Academy.
He has many years of experience in Credit and Customer Service. He has held the following positions: Deputy Director of Branch in charge of Sales, Assistant to Deputy CEO, Deputy Director of Personal Customers at HO, Director of Corporate Customers at HO. He joined KienlongBank in September 2021. He is officially appointed to the position of Deputy CEO from September 22, 2023.
Ms. VU DANG XUAN VINH - Chief Accountant
Master of Economics, Finance and Banking - Ho Chi Minh University of Banking.
Ms. Vu Dang Xuan Vinh has nearly 18 years of experience in the field of Finance - Banking. She has held many important positions such as: Deputy Director of Financial Accounting, Director of MIS Department, Deputy Director of Administration and Commercial Division at Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank. She has held the position of Director of Financial Accounting at KienlongBank from October 2020 to present.
She is officially appointed to the position of Chief Accountant at KienlongBank from November 1, 2023.
