Documents:

• Account opening form. (Kienlongbank form).
• Contract to open and use demand deposit account. (Kienlongbank form).
• Copy of business registration certificate, Decision/Establishment License/Operation Registration Certificate/other documents as prescribed by laws.
• Decision of legal representative appointment/chief accountant/ accounting in charge with copy of his/her identification.
• Other necessary documents as required (if any).        

Procedure: Customers fill out applications/documents and submit them at bank counter or by post.
