Cardholder is Vietnamese citizen:

• Registration form/Services contract of electronic banking, payment account opening and using.
• Copy of ID card/Passport.

Cardholder is foreigner: further provide documents proving that the Cardholder is allowed to reside in Vietnam for a period of 12 months or more such as:Passport/visa/certificate of temporary residence/temporary residence card/permanent residence card/employment contract/admission decision or other documents proving the period of residence in Vietnam.
