Mr. Tran Hong Minh has nearly 18 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector, having held various key positions at major banks in Vietnam, including LienVietPostBank (LPBank) and Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank).
Prior to his appointment as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (KienlongBank), he served as Director of the Northern Strategic Clients Center from March 2021 to November 2022.
He held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from November 26, 2022 to July 8, 2024.
He assumed the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank from July 9, 2024 to November 30, 2025, and was officially appointed Chief Executive Officer of KienlongBank, effective December 1, 2025.
