Money transfer:

• The remitter goes to any Western Union transaction office  overseas, completes the remittance form (refer to Western Union phone number list for instructions and WU points in nearest countries to transfer money to Vietnam).
• The remitter must clearly write recipient’s full name (same with the ID’s information).  
• The remitter inform the recipient of MTCN (Money transfer control number) and nearest Kienlongbank’s address in Vietnam.

Receiving money:

• The recipient come to nearest Kienlongbank:
• Fill out the Receipt Form - “To Receive money”: Receiver's name, sender, address, amount, MTCN.
• Submit the Form and ID/Passport to teller.
• Receive money and receipts.
