- Customers shall present ID/Passport.  

- Customers need to provide recipient’s information:  

• If the recipient has an account: Receiver's name, account, bank’s name, branch/transaction office.
• If the recipient does not have account: recipient’s ID/passport of, its issuance date/place, address, phone number. 

- For non-account customers do not have account at Kienlongbank: Customers need to fill out and submit Transaction Form with cash.

- For account customers: Customers fill in and submit Payment Order at counter
