+  Support for surgical expenses up to 20 times of SA of this rider or up to 10 times of SA (for other types of surgery)

- Pre/post hospitalization benefit

+ Support pre/post hospitalization expenses up to 200% of SA of this rider.

+ Note: Total benefit cannot exceed 1000 times Sum Assured throughout the policy term.
