Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Kienlongbank - KLB) has just pulished information on stock transactions of internal shareholders. Accordingly, Ms. Tran Tuan Anh, member of the Board of Directors cum General Director, registered to buy 300,000 KLB shares. Expected trading time is from 4th September to 3rd October 2019. The method of execution is matching orders on UPCOM and by agreements. In early February and March 2019, Ms. Tuan Anh also bought 500,000 KLB shares at around 11,000VND/share. Kienlongbank is currently traded on UPCOM at around VND10,100/share. At this price, Ms. Tran Tuan Anh is expected to spend over 3 billion dong to own the above shares. Currently, Ms. Tran Tuan Anh owns 500,000 KLB shares, equivalent to 0.15 % of Kienlongbank's charter capital. After successful purchase, Ms. Tran Tuan Anh will hold a total of 800,000 KLB shares, equivalent to 0.25% of the bank's capital. Ms. Tran Tuan Anh was born in 1976, as General Director of Kienlongbank from 23rd April 2018.
