• Vietnamese citizens or foreigner having sufficient legal and civil capability as laws’ stipulations.

Documents:

• Account Opening form (Kienlongbank form).
• Vietnamese: Valid ID/Passport (Original or certified copy )
• Foreigner: Permanent or temporary resident card and valid passport, visa (original version)
• Other documents to be required by Kienlongbank (if any).

Procedures:

• Saving deposit documents to be completed (Kienlongbank form), personal ID documents (Valid ID/Passport).
